Harry Potter Butterbeer Cookies

I have a decent list of movies that I’m completely obsessed with: National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation, Home Alone 1 & 2, Elf, Father of the Bride 1 & 2, Ferris Bueller’s Day Off, and of course ALL Harry Potter movies! I love Harry Potter so much, that my work family threw me a Harry Potter-themed wedding shower, and yes, I do own the Lost Diadem of Ravenclaw and sometimes I wear it around the house. I never miss a marathon (thank you FreeForm)… being kind of a home-body, I just love to snuggle up on my cozy couch with a fire, candles & HARRY POTTER! Popcorn + Ice Cream = THE BEST!

The number 1, hands down, best thing that St. Martin and the surrounding islands had to offer was their food. I’d be lying if I said I didn’t have at least 1 pastry, cake, gelato, etc. for each day that we spent there.
